The Company has informed that Late Al-Haj M.A. Khayer was a Sponsor Shareholder of the Company. His present holding is 14,14,500 shares. Among these, 7,57,782 shares will be transmitted to the accounts of his legal heirs/successors namely Nilufar Khayer (94,723 shares), Khairul Anam (2,21,020 shares), Sohel Anam (2,21,020 shares), Tilat Khayer (1,10,510 shares), Avishek Rahman (55,255 shares), Atoshi Rahman (27,627 shares) and Ahona Rahman (27,627 shares) respectively, as per succession certificate.(cont)
