Mr. Riaz Uddin Ahmed, one of the Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer 8,50,400 shares out of his total holding of 17,48,384 shares to his wife Mrs. Dilruba Sharmin, another Director of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 31, 2020.
