The Board of Directors has recommended 2% cash dividend for general shareholders only (other than Sponsors & Directors) for the year ended on June 30, 2018. The Sponsors & Directors hold 2,95,49,807 shares and general shareholders will get cash dividend of Tk. 1,37,06,014.00.
