The Company has informed that BSEC has given consent dated February 25, 2015 on the issue of raising of paid-up capital through merge and amalgamation purpose from Tk. 179,06,66,740.00 to Tk. 501,01,77,290.00 by allotting of 32,19,51,055 nos. of ordinary share of Tk. 10.00 each to the existing shareholders of Keya Knit Composite Ltd. Keya Cotton Mills Ltd. and Keya Spinning Mills Ltd.
