(Emphasis of Matter) "Ahmed Zaker & Co.", Auditor of the company, has given the following 'Emphasis of Matter' paragraph in the audit report of the company for the year ended on 30 June 2014:
1) We draw attention to the fact that the company has incurred a considerable amount of business losses in the previous years including the year of reporting. The company's accumulated losses stand at Tk. 1,036,609,377.00 as on 30 June 2014, which includes Tk. 28,553,107.00 for the year and company's current liabilities exceeded its current assets by Tk. 212,619,658.00, which is notable.
