Bilkis Begum, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed her intention to transfer total 22,50,000 shares out of her total holding of 31,59,875 shares of the Company to her sons namely Mahboob Morshed (7,50,000 shares), Mokhdum Morshed (7,50,000 shares) and Monzoor Morshed (7,50,000 shares) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
