The Company has further informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board meeting as per LR 19(1), scheduled to be held on April 28, 2019 at 4.30 PM, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2018, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later on.
