The company has informed that Mr. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of the company retired from his position upon reaching the age of retirement, effective February 25, 2026. In this connection, the Board of Directors, in its 177th meeting, has approved Mr. Md. Zahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Director, to hold Current Charge of the office of the outgoing Managing Director & CEO from February 25, 2026, until a new Managing Director joins.
কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা জনাব মোঃ আহসান-উজ জামান ২৫ ফেব্রুয়ারী, ২০২৬ তারিখ থেকে অবসর গ্রহণের বয়স পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর তার পদ থেকে অবসর গ্রহণ করেছেন। এই প্রসঙ্গে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ তাদের ১৭৭তম সভায়, জনাব মোঃ জাহিদ হোসেন, উপ-ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালককে ২৫ ফেব্রুয়ারী, ২০২৬ থেকে নতুন ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক যোগদান না করা পর্যন্ত বিদায়ী ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তার পদের বর্তমান দায়িত্ব পালনের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে।
