All Eps Dividend Board Agm Q1 Q2 Q3

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 27, 2021 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended on December 31, 2020.

(Continuation news of MJLBD): Decision was made as due to her aging, the vessel's maintenance cost was increasing and anticipated huge dry dock expenditure The Board of Directors has also provided further consent to the management for procuring similar vessel as replacement within a price range of max USD 22 million and capacity of 100,000 to 115,000 Metric Tons. The Board of Directors of MJL Bangladesh Limited decided to offload its entire share in MJL & AKT Petroleum Limited under a put option at a consideration value of USD 1.3 million as against cost of the investment of USD 1.02 million.
