Afroza Khan, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has expressed her intention to transfer 4,00,000 shares out of her total holdings of 28,73,131 shares of the Company to her son Rasheed Mymunul Islam, one of the Directors (nominated from Monno Welfare Foundation), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
