Monno Welfare Foundation, one of the Corporate Directors of the Company, has expressed its intention to receive 13,00,000 shares (as per BSEC approval letter dated July, 209, 2015) of the Company, outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of declaration.
