Ashfaque Ahmed and Fahmida Mahfuz, both are Sponsors of the Company, have expressed intention to sell their entire holdings of 36,075 shares and 18,037 shares respectively while Ratan Kumar Biswas, one of the Directors (Public Director) of the Company, has expressed his intention to buy 54,112 shares at prevailing market price (In the Block Market) through Stock Exchange within April 30, 2015.
