Mr. Mohammad Mustafa Haider, one of the Directors of the Company has expressed his intention to transfer 93,64,150 shares out of his total holding of 2,08,37,300 shares of the Company to his sisters Mrs. Farzana Afroze (46,82,075 shares) and Ms. Rizwana Afroze Binte Kalam (46,82,075 shares), respectively, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by CSE.
