All Eps Dividend Board Agm Q1 Q2 Q3

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 20, 2016 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on June 30, 2016.

Mr. Hasnat Md. Abu Obida, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed his transfer of total 50,30,000 shares of the Company to his sisters Mrs. Farhana Afroze (25,15,000 shares) & Mrs. Roksana Afrose (25,15,000 shares) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange (CSE) as announced earlier.

Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has rated the Company as "AA-" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financials of the Company up to June 30, 2015 and also unaudited financials up to March 31, 2016 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

(Q3 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 1.83 for January-March, 2016 as against Tk. 0.27 for January-March, 2015; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 3.88 for July, 2015-March, 2016 as against Tk. 1.16 for July, 2014-March, 2015. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 7.00 for July, 2015-March, 2016 as against Tk. 3.45 for July, 2014-March, 2015. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 38.60 as of March 31, 2016 and Tk. 26.79 as of March 31, 2015.
