The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to purchase the land of following schedule subject to permission of Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority: (1) 5 Khathas 14 Chataks 12 Square feets with 8 storied building in 45, Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka of RAUK, Motijheel, Dhaka, total cost of Tk. 72.00 crore and (2) 6 Khathas 40 Square feets in 46, Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka of RAUK, Motijheel, Dhaka at a cost of Tk. 54.00 crore.
