Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 16.11.2020 regarding Share Purchase Agreement of lntraco Solar Power Limited (ISPL), the company has further informed that they have completed the transfer procedures of 76,50,000 shares from Intraco CNG Ltd. of Intraco Solar Power Ltd. (ISPL) which is 51% of existing total paid up capital and whose value is BDT 32,51,25,000.00 only and after this transfer the total holding of the company (PTL) stood at 80% of existing paid up capital of ISPL.
