The Company has further informed that, due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the Board meeting as per LR 19(1), scheduled to be held on October 27, 2019 at 4:30 PM, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on June 30, 2019, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later on.
