Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed, one of the Sponsors Directors of the Company, has expressed her intention to transfer 60,00,000 shares out of his total holding of 1,29,59,017 shares of the Company to his daughter Mrs. Nazeefa Raeesah Ahmed, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
