The Company has informed that a total of 6,00,000 shares of Late Mr. Abdur Rashid, a Sponsor shareholder of Saiham Textile Mills Ltd., has been transmitted to his successors (son, daughter and wife) in the following manner according to the Succession Certificate of Joint District Judge Court, Hobiganj: (1) 1,31,250 shares to Mamunur Rashid Chowdhury, (2) 1,31,250 shares to Bazlur Rashid Chowdhury, (3) 1,31,250 shares to Aminur Rashid Chowdhury, (4) 65,625 shares to Faizunnessa Joglu, (5) 65,625 shares to Rukhsana Begum and (6) 75,000 shares to Nurunnessa Begum.
