Mrs. Badrun Nahar Rahman, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed her intention to transfer 2,72,822 shares out of her total holding of 7,92,422 shares of the Company to her sister Mrs. Ferdousi Rahman by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 31, 2016.
