Trading of the shares of the Company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transactions will also be settled as per Spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 22.07.2020 to 23.07.2020. Trading of the shares of the Company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 26.07.2020.

(Continuation news of SIBL): IFRS 16 defines that a contract is (or contains) a lease if the contract conveys the right to control the use of an identified asset for a period of time in exchange for consideration. While implementing IFRS 16, the Bank observed that IFRS 16 is expected to have impact on various regulatory capital and liquidity ratios as well as other statutory requirements issued by various regulators. (7.27) for January-March 2019. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 19.77 as on March 31, 2020 and Tk. 17.96 as on March 31, 2019.
