The Company has requested the concerned TREC Holders to provide details (shareholders name, BO ID number, e-TIN number, gross dividend receivable, applicable tax rate and net dividend receivable) of their margin loan holders who hold shares of the Company as on the Record Date, along with the name of the contact person in this connection. The TREC Holders are also requested to provide their bank account name, number, routing number etc. on or before May 02, 2023.
কোম্পানি সংশ্লিষ্ট TREC হোল্ডারদের তাদের মার্জিন লোন হোল্ডারদের বিশদ বিবরণ (শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের নাম, বিও আইডি নম্বর, ই-টিআইএন নম্বর, গ্রস ডিভিডেন্ড প্রাপ্য, প্রযোজ্য করের হার এবং নেট লভ্যাংশ) প্রদান করার জন্য অনুরোধ করেছে যারা কোম্পানির শেয়ার ধারণ করে এই সংযোগে যোগাযোগকারী ব্যক্তির নাম সহ রেকর্ড তারিখ। TREC হোল্ডারদেরও তাদের ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টের নাম, নম্বর, রাউটিং নম্বর ইত্যাদি 02 মে, 2023 তারিখে বা তার আগে প্রদান করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
