The Company has further informed that pursuant to the Directive issued by the BSEC dated April 27, 2016 to follow July-June as income year, in compliance with the provision of the Finance Act, 2015, the company has postponed their AGM to be held on June 18, 2016. In compliance with the aforesaid Directive and for the first time adoption of the change in the financial year, AGM of the Company will consider 18 months accounts i.e. audited accounts from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
