The Company has informed that a total of 11,47,063 shares of late Sponsor Dr. Kazi Harunar Rashid has been transmitted to his legal heirs according to the succession certificate issued by the Honorable Court: i) 5,73,531 shares to Mr. Kazi Iqbal Harun (son; Sponsor of the Company), ii) 2,86,766 shares to Mrs. Nilufar Ferdous (daughter) and iii) 2,86,766 shares to Mrs. Nargis Ferdous (daughter).
