Sakina Islam, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed her intention to transfer 1,40,000 shares out of her total holding of 1,63,715 shares of the Company to her husband Mohammed Nurul Islam, another Sponsor of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
