The Board of Directors has recommended 2% cash dividend to general shareholders excluding the Sponsors and Directors for the year ended June 30, 2022. The Sponsors and Directors hold 53,89,139 shares out of total 1,38,84,750 shares of the Company and the cash dividend of Tk. 16,99,122.20 is payable to general shareholders who hold 84,95,611 shares.
