As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 30, 2025 at 4:15 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2025.
ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৬(১) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা ৩০ এপ্রিল, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৪:১৫ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত তৃতীয় প্রান্তিকের (Q3) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদনগুলি বিবেচনা করা হবে।
