Adv. Shaila Ferdous Santaz Banu, one of the Directors of the Company has expressed her intention to transfer 1,20,000 shares out of her total holding of 11,27,429 shares to her daughter Nafisa Madina (60,000 shares) and son Ahmed Nafis Arafat (60,000 shares) respectively, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 31, 2019.
