The Company has informed that Mrs. Fouzia Maleque who was a sponsor director of the company passed away on May 27, 2021. Her total holding of 12,24,000 shares of the company will be transmitted according to the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable Court. As per the succession certificate, Mr. Zahid Maleque, Son of the deceased and Sponsor of the company, will receive 8,16,000 shares, and Mrs. Rubina Hamid, daughter of the deceased and also Sponsor of the company, will receive 4,08,000 shares.
