Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 21.05.2024 regarding stock dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has accorded its consent for raising the Paid-up Capital through the Issuance of Bonus Shares (5% Stock Dividend) for the year ended December 31, 2023. The record date for the entitlement of 5% stock to be declared soon.
