Ashraful Alam, a Sponsor Director of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer a total of 12,120,000 shares of the company comprising 6,060,000 shares to his son Mr. Shahriar Alam Shuvo and 6,060,000 shares to his daughter Ms. Fariha Alam Prova by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next thirty working days with effect from September 17, 2024.
