Mr. Md. Azimul Islam, one of the Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer 20,00,000 shares each out of his total holding of 1,81,13,395 shares of the Company to his Mother Mrs. Lutfun Nessa Islam (another Director) and his spouse Mrs. Nabila Salam (Nominated Director), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within April 30, 2018.
