Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.10.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that 10% Cash Dividend for the year ended 30 June 2024 for all Shareholders excluding Directors and Sponsor. The Directors who shall not be entitled recommended Cash Dividend, hold 12,660,000 number of shares out of total 28,000,000 shares. The Total Amount of Cash Dividend to be Payable to the General Shareholders is Tk. 15,340,000 only.
