As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Corporation has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2020 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on June 30, 2020.

(Continuation news of ICB): EPS has been increased for January-March 2020 due to increase of capital gain, EPS has been decreased for July 2019-March 2020 due to increase of interest expenses. NOCFPS has been decreased due to increase of interest, salary and incentives for the period. NAV has been decreased due to decrease of market price of share investment portfolio. (end)
