The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the decision of Salek Textile Limited (STL), a subsidiary Company of the Company for recovery of Insurance Claim for BDT 21,12,88,104.00 as final settlement against the claim was BDT 30,47,91,187.00 for losses by fire at Fabric Unit. The Company also informed that the above amount will be utilized against repayment of term loan of the Company.
