Associated Builders Corporation Ltd., one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed its intention to sell 15,20,000 shares out of its holding of 11,064,919 shares (in the Block Market) whereas Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury, a Director of the company, has expressed its intention to buy 15,20,000 shares at prevailing market price (in the Block Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited within next 30 working days.
