Mr. Tabith M. Awal, one of the Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to receive 2,30,000 shares out of his total holding of 7,76,284 shares of the Company from his mother Mrs. Nasreen Fatema Awal, one of the Sponsors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 31, 2013.
