Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.11.2025, the company has informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the 50% Stock Dividend (i.e., 50 Bonus share for every 100 ordinary shares) out of retained earnings. Record date for entitlement of Stock Dividend will be declared later.
২৭.১১.২০২৫ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের উল্লেখ করে কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন রিটেইন্ড আর্নিং থেকে ৫০% স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড (অর্থাৎ, প্রতি ১০০টি সাধারণ শেয়ারের জন্য ৫০টি বোনাস শেয়ার) অনুমোদন করেছে। স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড পাওয়ার রেকর্ড তারিখ পরে ঘোষণা করা হবে।
